Terms & Conditions

  • Bookings are subject to availability with the hotel / houseboat
  • Cost does not include any other thing apart from the itinerary inclusions.
  • Any other services that is not included in the above quoted section.
  • Package rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
  • For Houseboats and Hotel stay – Due to cold waves in parts of Jammu & Kashmir, the houseboats and Hotels are facing immense hardships in terms of water supply and irregular electricity therefore the water supply in washroom areas might be provided in buckets etc.
  • For Gulmarg – Due to heavy snowfall, there will be a change of the vehicle in Tangmarg which is about 14 kms before Gulmarg. Snow jeeps or chained vehicles will be used from there up to Gulmarg and back so clients have to pay extra an amount of INR 1500/- (for 01 vehicle/ 07pax) for a return trip.
  • We will provide alternate or similar category of hotel in case the hotel mentioned in program is not available
  • The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check in at the hotel.
  • We reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice
  • Taxes / GST as applicable (Extra)
  • Room Type (Standard), unless specifically mentioned.
  • Gondola Tickets / Monument entry / Pony ride not included
  • Early Check-In Or Later Check-Out as per hotel availability & discretion
  • The vehicle would be available from 8:30 AM till 06:00 PM (Early or Late hours would be chargeable).
  • Vehicle for Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, Thajwas, etc not included (Need to hire locally as per client requirements)

Payment Policy:

  • For booking of surface tour package, customers have to deposit 25% advance through NEFT mode.
  • After getting acknowledgement from our end with an issue of hotel vouchers, customer has to deposit next 25% advance through NEFT mode.
  • Rest 50 % outstanding amount customer has to pay during tour at Srinagar.
  • While canceling surface tour package before 48 hrs, full refund.
  • While canceling surface tour package within 48 hrs 15% cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation as per hotel cancellation policy and 2500 OR 5% – Package Cost whichever is higher, as service charge.
